Clubs and Student Groups

Theater

Every spring the Holy Rosary School produces a musical that is open to all grades. This year, Disney's Aladdin Kids will be held on Friday, April 29th & Saturday, April 30th, 2011. Students may participate onstage or as part of the stage crew. Performers will learn songs, dances, lines, and blocking. Stage crew will learn about props, set pieces, lights, and sound.

School play registration will be held on Wednesday, September 8th, at 7:00 p.m. in the lower church hall. If your child is interested in participating in this year's production, a parent or adult representative MUST attend this meeting. The registration fee of $40/child ($20 for each additional sibling) is also due at this time.

Auditions for this 2010/2011 production will be held after school on Friday, September 17th, in the lower church hall. Auditions will run until approximately 5:00 p.m. All students attending auditions must have had a parent at the Parent Meeting, and registration must be paid in full. 

The first rehearsal for Disney's Aladdin Kids will be on Saturday, September 25th, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. in the lower church hall. Rehearsals will be every Saturday at this time, with some exceptions. A complete rehearsal schedule will be available at the Parent Meeting.

Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of America

Holy Rosary Parish sponsors both the Cub Scouts (Pack 9) and Boy Scouts (Troop 9). For more information on the pack or troop, please contact John and Donna Bresnahan. The Parish also sponsors the Girl Scouts.

Student Band

The School also has a band program. For more information about joining the band, please contact Mr. Charles Cook, the band instructor.

New Clubs

If you are interested in starting new clubs at the school, please contact the School principal, Mrs. Donna Bresnahan. Clubs that have been considered in the past include chess, computer, and cooking clubs.
